The Lithuanian nation has always been famous for its hospitality and tolerance, and having something for guests was the greatest gift, on that occasion, every family would set the table, usually decorating it with their most beautiful hand-made tablecloth. Lithuanian women used to knit the most beautiful ornaments, which decorated not only houses, but also people. Motifs of plant and geometric patterns were the most common in Lithuania. Geometric motifs were made of straight or broken lines, curves, rhombuses, teeth, squares. Abundant sunshine, stars, snowflakes. Among the plant motifs, lilies, rue, oak leaves, tulips , bells and clovers are the most popular . However, the patterns were not constantly repeated. On the contrary, they were constantly redesigned, improved and changed.
Invite a piece of culture into your home, which will talk about our ancestors, spiritual and cultural heritage and give your table uniqueness. Straight from the creator's hands to yours - a handmade linen tablecloth, knitted with needles and based on Lithuanian folk motifs.
The color of this tablecloth is gray, because it is the pure color of Lithuanian linen. The designer will create a product exclusively for you. Since the tablecloth is knitted according to your request, the production time is 7-9 days (if there are no more orders). Diameter about 106×106cm.
